Great store and staff. Had to have my phone charging port replaced. When I called in, they ordered the part without making me come in and pay in advance (unlike other phone repair places). Staff did a great job communicating with me and the phone was repaired in the quoted timeframe and is working great!
Most unhelpful unprofessional employee. The kid working on 11/7 @ 6:45pm was less than helpful. We called 4 times to get an answer, we were hung up on 3 of those times. Finally went in only to find that he wasn’t busy with customers, but rather had a friend in the store with him that he would rather converse with than do his job. When we walked in my husband mentioned that we tried calling to which he replied, “I know.” Requested that our car battery be checked out he immediately said that because it was bulging it would not be covered under warranty. Not sure why. Isn’t that a reason for the warranty to be used? Refused to look up the warranty. Went to Auto Zone instead. They were MORE THAN helpful. At least someone wants to work and help their customers.
Got 18% discount online and ordered car battery. I received an email that my battery was ready. When I got to the store the employee was waiting with the new battery and helped take it to the car. Fast and efficient!
Anything and everything in batteries + light bulbs and accessories. They also have cell phone repair. Associates are very knowledgeable and very friendly. They will fix you up in no time. I'll recommend Batteries Plus to everyone!!!
This location has rude customer service, is highly unprofessional, and ended up breaking my camera after fixing my screen.
The first visit I was quoted over an hour to fix my phone even with an appointment which i mentioned should take only 20-30 minutes. The clerk said my phone was difficult to fix and thats why it would take so long. I didn't have a choice in this location per t-mobile, it's 13miles away. I was just about home when they called saying it was ready 20m later. Wasting my gas and time, especially since I would have hung around.
Come to find out that they broke my front camera, now causing me to make ANOTHER trip. The person on the phone , Kurt, kept speaking over me and interrupting me as I was talking, Highly unprofessional!
